Vehicles may be towed and stored for a variety of reasons but usually as a result of a violation of a California Vehicle Code Section. We do not make the decision regarding the impounding of any vehicle. That is the duty and responsibility of the police officer. We simply provide the service at the officer’s request.

We release vehicles and property 24 hours a day. However, additional fees apply if after normal business hours (Monday -Friday, 8am – 5pm, except holidays)

Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Bank Card.

PROOF OF OWNERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO RETRIEVE VEHICLE AND/OR PROPERTY
PROOF OF OWNERSHIP IS VALID CURRENT REGISTRATION OR TITLE
AND A VALID US GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID
OPEN TOED SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE YARD.

If the law enforcement agency that requested your vehicle to be towed has placed a HOLD on your vehicle, you must obtain a VEHICLE RELEASE FORM from that agency before we can release your vehicle.
